Devon is excellent. We had an amazing experience working with him over the course of six months to buy our dream first house and sell our downtown condo. Our first meeting involved a detailed overview of what to expect plus listening in to our life stage, wants, and needs. Devon asked all the right questions and before we knew it, we were off and touring. We had a lot to learn about the market, what to look for in a house, and the processes of buying and selling.
